Why are Bullet and PyBullet so intermingled?

- I clicked on the link for bulletphysics.org in the side panel and it takes me to pybullet.org
- On the readme the first main bullet point after title is for how to install pybullet
- In the readme, the header for the building section talks about bullet, but then actually tells you to run a script that builds pybullet?
- It's not clear how to build the c++ library itself through the readme, instead I had to go through the pdf quickstart manual that was located elsewhere.
Why are we keeping the PyBullet and Bullet project together in the same repository?
