Content of data resources needs to be downloaded before packaging (see https://github.com/sebastientourbier/connectomemapper3/tree/ref/83_cmtklib_datalad_v3.0.0).
To get full benefit of datalad, we should think about implementing an api to manage. I am closing this issue for now but could be reopened in the future to tackle it.
