Rename to gazebo_gym_ws

Let's rename the package to gazebo_gym_ws. This better represents the package. Don't forget to change the links and description in the https://github.com/rickstaa/panda-gazebo package.

Not doing this since Gazebo can also be used without ROS, and my environments need ROS.
