Test hydrophones in water using sub8 layout and pinger

What needs to change?

To ensure that the hydrophone arrangement is able to determine the direction of a ping using sdgps, we should take the current hydrophone arrangement (ie, sub8's arrangement) to a pool of water with a pinger inside and ensure that the proper ping direction can be heard. This will tell us that our hydrophones are working properly and that the hydrophone arrangement in sdgps has the proper measurements.
