Pushbar with Camera mount consideration

Pushbar for comp hits the current camera mount on rollhoop.
Will need to reevaluate with pool noodle thickness still.
A new design will be required for comp given we need to use the pushbar

Potentially QEV4 can use the existing push bar and QEV3 can get a new design that will fit around the camera mount (meaning no change required)

Plan as of Nov 3.
Cut QEV3's pushbar off at the roll-hoop end. Make a smaller attachment to weld together (still square bar) that clears camera and antennae. Then, wrap in cork handlebar grip tape to protect paint.

Ozanne's push bar works for QEV3 and seems to be fully rules compliant. Will do proper test in carpark next week
