Expected Behavior

On Windows the Septentrio RTK base station can be configured correctly and send RTCM to the drone.

Current Behavior

On Windows，septentrio RTK base station configuration error，empty Data Streams are displayed in septentrio's webui，and qgc show 0 sat.

I did the same test on ubuntu and everything worked fine on ubuntu。

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Connect to Septentrio Base Station use usb
  2. Open qgc
  3. open webui 192.168.3.1

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • QGC Version:4.4.2
  • QGC build: stable
