Gripper integration is currently missing.

I was just hitting this using a simulated Panda. On the real robot, the action servers for the gripper work. What would it take to make action servers for the simulated Panda in swift?

@JKBehrens - sorry for the delay on this. @jhavl - any input from your side regarding control in swift that we could possibly look to implement?
