ZED not detected by ZED_SDK but able to recieve camera feed

Description
ZED camera is not being recognised by ZED_SDK 4.0.8 through a USB3.0 port. Device manager is able to recognise ZED and I am able to view the feed through the Windows Camera app.

Steps to Reproduce
- Downloaded & installed CUDA 12.1
- Downloaded & installed ZED_SDK 4.0.8
- None of the ZED apps are able to detect camera
*This may be a hardware issue.
Expected Result
Camera detected using ZED software (Explorer, etc)
Actual Result
"Waiting for camera" prompt on ZED Explorer & Depth Viewer. ZED Diagnostic does not detect ZED through USD3.0 port.
