Teleop and control GUI not working !!

Hello,
I am starting my project using the openmanipulator x. I managed to start the gazebo simulation and send command lines to move the robots :
However when I follow the tutorial for launching the keyboard node nothing happens and the robot does not move in the simulation no matter what button of the keyboard I touch. Also, When I try to write joint states from or touch anything else in the controller gui I keep getting the following error. I can only read the joint angle
Any insights please ?
